In order to achieve peak optimization for your hospital’s rehab department, a Comprehensive Rehab Assessment (CRA) is needed. HRS utilizes 200 Rehab Department Standards to measure the quality and compliance of the hospital therapy clinical operations. The CRA will help uncover inefficiencies and identify areas of risk and improvement. Once you’ve had a CRA performed, it’s time to analyze that data, figure out how and what areas to address, and set up a strategic plan moving forward.

True partnership will occur once there is open communication, alignment of objectives, and clarity of expectations.
An important thing to consider during this process is: What does success mean to you and your rehab department? How do you define “success” in this instance?
